I am a Ridgeons Trade Customer can I buy at my trade prices?

Yes login to buy at your trade price via the red TRADE CUSTOMER button at the top of the website.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

On the login page select the forgotten password link. Enter your email and we will send you a temporary password.

As a Ridgeons Trade Customer can I manage my account online?

Yes you can manage your trade account via the red TRADE CUSTOMER login at the top of the website. In here you can pay your account, view your order history; infact manage your entire account with Ridgeons.

I have a new credit / debit card, how do I update my payment card details?

Via your customer login go to My Account > Payment Details. Select change card link and insert new card details.

How do I return an item?

Can I see ex and Inc. Vat prices?

Yes via the button top right of the website.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You can add different delivery addresses into your My Account/Login area.

Can I track my delivery?

You will be contacted by email/telephone to arrange delivery time. Contact ridgeonsonline@ridgeons.co.uk to change the agreed delivery time or location.
